- Dubai: Next day delivery, Delivery FREE OF CHARGE
- Abu Dhabi and other Emirates: 1-2 working days, Delivery FREE OF CHARGE
- GCC Countries*: 4-5 working days. Shipping FREE OF CHARGE**
- Outside GCC: Please contact us if you want to place an order to be sent outside the GCC. The shipping costs and taxes will be calculated and we will contact you to provide you with the total cost. If you agree, we will send you a payment link for your convenience. Transit times may vary depending on the destination.
Above delivery times can change depending on the
time of the year, holiday periods, weekends and Ramadan.
If an order is undeliverable, the customer will be held responsible for any original,
return or re-delivery charges.
LILA is not responsible for failure or delay of
delivery for reasons outside our reasonable control.
For international orders, item(s) must be returned within 7 (seven) days of the date
you received the product.
International return shipping charges, customs duties and any
other charges will be the customer’s responsibility. If you wish to return the
product, we kindly ask you to send us an email to return@lilafrombrazil.com or send us a message through WhatsApp +971 56 853 6027.
If a shipment remains in customs for more than 14
days, and is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for all the
related expenses. We will then will offer you a store credit after deducting
the return shipping charges, duties and taxes.
*We apologize, but due to recent regulations, we are unable to ship to Qatar,
Israel, Russia or Ukraine.
**Shipping outside UAE does NOT include any local duties or taxes that may apply at destination.
